XII International Cheese and Cottage Cheese Festival of Gyomaendrõd - Gold Medal
The XII International Cheese and Cottage Cheese Festival of Gyomaendrõd was held in 2010 along with the assembly of wine and honey producers.
The motto of the exhibition was the healthy way of living and the organizers invited a number of producers and food processors in accordance with this and the invited guests’ produces were judged. The following products to be juried from Bokri Sheeps’s Milk Cheese and Brynza product lines of Hiksz Ltd reached the complex first place (Gold Medal) in the Cheese and Cottage Cheese categories.

Bokri Natural Semi-hard Sheeps’s Milk Cheese: Silver Medal
Bokri Semi-hard Sheeps’s Milk Cheese with Garlic: Silver Medal
Bokri Smoked Semi-hard Sheeps’s Milk Cheese: Silver Medal
Bokri Semi-hard Sheeps’s Milk Cheese with Saffron: Silver Medal
The President of the Jury was Bela Prohászka Olympic champion chef, the President of the Hungarian Gastronomy Association
Hungarian Quality Product Award
Our Pasteur was awarded the Best Hungarian Product Award in 2005, our ricotta generator won the same honor in 2007 in the category of food produce category of the Hungarian Product Award.
The production activities meet the standards of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 Quality Assurance System under the supervision of the Swiss DIGART Quality Control Institute.
